Der Kinostart von A Quiet Place 2 steht kurz bevor. Der US-Presse wurde das Sequel bereits gezeigt und die ersten Kurzmeinungen via Twitter haben uns erreicht (siehe unten). Laut diesen ist die Fortsetzung, die erneut von John Krasinski (Jack Ryan) inszeniert wurde, ein überaus gelungene Fortführung des Erstlings und auch wenn die Trailer recht krawallig daher kamen, setzt auch das Sequel wieder auf Stille. Auf Nachos und Popcorn solltet ihr bei A Quiet Place 2 also vielleicht lieber verzichten.
So #AQuietPlacePartII was incredibly tense & builds upon the story from the first film in some unexpected/inspired ways. Cillian Murphy RULES & Millicent Simmonds really comes into her own her with a truly phenomenal performance.

A QUIET PLACE PART II: A worthy, world-expanding followup that builds on the original and finds its own thrills, chills, and emotions in the process. Audiences should still be banned from eating crunchy snacks during any and all screenings. 🍿

Can’t say too much but I liked #AQuietPlace2 While not as surprisingly orig of course as the first one, it ably continues the journey of these characters while expanding the story although it feels very much like a transitional film
