In a mass brawl in Hamburg's HafenCity Harry and paramedic Mirja are badly hurt. When Harry wants to visit Mirja in the hospital the next day, she learns that the girl has died. Did the doctors overlook her life-threatening injuries?

While Lukas reanimates a collapsed man his gun is stolen. With the support of the team Lukas frantically searches for the thief. They also investigate the background of the hospitalized patient who might be the victim of poisoning.
