The clown and his friends are drawn into disputes over mining rights in an African copper mine. Max and his friends even invade the country's embassy to recover important documents.

Max and his friends take on the petty criminal Lazlo, who has hidden information about the drug dealer Hollbeck in a suitcase. To get the case, Hollbeck's accomplices take Lazlo's daughter Reneé hostage.

The team is to rescue a highly gifted boy from the clutches of Dr. Werner Gräfe, who wants to use his abilities for terrorist purposes. Max is able to get the boy out of Gräfe's "institute", but in the process Dobbs is captured.

Dobbs has an encounter with a UFO, but neither Max nor Claudia believe him. Then Dr. Gottwald blows up a refinery of his oil company. Max and his friends find out that aliens want to throw the world into chaos.
