Part 1 of 5. The morning of August 21st. Tsubasa comes across an oddity in the shape of a big white tiger on the first day of the 2nd term. She talks to Hitagi about it, because Koyomi is absent. To make matters worse, her house is on fire in the afternoon of the same day.

Part 2 of 5. August 22nd. Tsubasa and Hitagi take a day off, and spend time at Hitagi's house to relax. The night of August 22nd. Tsubasa unknowingly turns into Black Hanekawa, and goes to meet the Tiger.

Part 3 of 5. August 23rd. Tsubasa goes to school. Hitagi takes a day off again. Tsubasa learns that Suruga got an email from Koyomi last night. Then, Tsubasa unexpectedly stays at Koyomi's house from that night, because Hitagi asks Karen for help. At midnight, Black Hanekawa meets Shinobu again in Koyomi's room.

Part 4 of 5. The morning of August 24th. Not only Koyomi but also Suruga disappeared. Tsubasa realizes that she unknowingly turns into Black Hanekawa every night. Then, she comes across a vampire hunter Episode and a mysterious woman Izuko Gaen on the way to school. Izuko tells her that Tsubasa is going to name the Tiger as Kako. Meanwhile, Hitagi thinks that the fire follows Tsubasa.

Part 5 of 5. The night of August 24th. Tsubasa decides to accept herself including Black Hanekawa and Kako even if she becomes a worst version of herself, and then, she writes a long letter to Black Hanekawa. Meanwhile, Kako plans to burn Hitagi's house.

On the morning of October 31st, Nadeko is spoken by a strange high school girl who calls herself Ougi Oshino. After that, she often see a white snake in a vision.
